NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
1. Return policy for sale – Products bought during sale are non-refundable
2. The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
3. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted. Also, opening video must be provided where it can clearly seen the difference of order and delivered product.
4. If any, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
5. Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
5. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
6. Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If you need any further alterations, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy:
Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Return Policy:
1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at samaroho79@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
2. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
3. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
4. Raise your return request within 2 days of receiving the shipment through website, phone call or social media messenger.
5. If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at samaroho79@gmail.com or call us at +91 98311 44942 with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.
5. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
6. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
9. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
10. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
Exchange Policy:
1. Raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product through – mail or phone. You will receive an approval mail from us within 48 hours if the request is accepted. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order along with your Phone number * Shipping Address : Samaroho, 396, PRINCE ANWAR SHAH ROAD, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700045
2. Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
3. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at samaroho@gmail.com.
4. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.
5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.

Shipping & Delivery:
Samaroho Boutique ships to all parts of India. We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays and on National Holidays.
We do not currently offer international shipping options. We will however commence processing of International orders very soon.
Our Standard Shipping time is 15-20 working days in domestic. For such special cases it can be delivered in 7-10 Months
Samaroho Boutique is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment.
Please note we require a signature for any goods delivered and a copy of the buyer’s ID proof, at which point responsibility of your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (for ex. a gift) then evidence of a signature and a copy of the ID proof of the recipient is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us of our obligation, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that for orders, once placed with confirmed payment, our courier partners will make efforts to deliver your product at the earliest. But if you are unable to receive the same at your given address, even after several attempts, the product would be returned to our warehouse and we will be unable to accept any request for reimbursement. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in the shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
In the event of us being unable to deliver the confirmed order(s), the amount paid by you will be reversed back into your account.
